I’ve been meaning to make this cake ever since it popped into my head as I walked along a coastal path in sunny Cornwall last summer. Inspired by sun-bleached drift wood, sea glass, succulents and those pretty bright orange flowers that grow by the roadside in Devon and Cornwall. I really loved making the succulents, would love to make more!
