This cake was made for a 21st celebration. Jackie wanted a Betty Boop themed cake for her party that incorporated red, black and white colours with a handmade sugar Betty Boop on top of the cake. I couldn’t resist doing the classical Betty Boop pose with her blowing a kiss :)
