Graduation. Day

Here’s the cake I made for my son’s girlfriend’s graduation . She obtained her BSc Cancer Care so I wanted it to reflect graduation & nursing. It’s a vanilla sponge cake with raspberry jam & buttercream filling. All decorations were edible, apart from the top board. The blue on the board & white letters represented the colours of her gown.

Thank you. :) There are things I’d do differently another time but learning is what it’s all about. She loved it anyway. :)
