This cake was made for a surprise from a daughter to her mother. I was told that her mum liked pastel colour’s, flowers and butterfly’s. The customers are Vietnamese so to personalize it even more I added some Vietnamese writing. The words I piped on the board sat “Chuc Me Sinh Nhat Veui Ve” Which means happy birthday mum. The cake is a strawberry mud cake with white chocolate ganache and hand made sugar roses.
