Vanilla cake with salted caramel and white choc ganache, and iced it with my first attempt at the 2:1 choc ganache recipe. Who ever created this recipe, you are my HERO! <3 I don’t know why I didn’t try it before. I live in such a hot humid place and it’s difficult to regulate temperature. This ganache is pure gold!
