So this is the cake that started my love of cake decorating And i realised i have not posted it on here ! My wonderful friend entrusted her wedding cake to me a few years ago and gave me total free reign (such trust !) the bottom layer was fruit the middle chocolate and the top lemon ! We had such a fab day and i was so pleased to have a small part in it xx she looked amazing so have included a picture of her dress ( I know it’s not cake but I do love a wedding dress ! ) thanks for looking xxx Lisa xxx
