The Rat and the olives

This cake was really fun to make. My clients husband’s nickname is “Rot” which is Rat in English. He bottles his own olives and she designed a lable for him. This lable has been translated into his birthday cake.

I am a self-taught sugar artist and LOVE what I do! Cake is always a happy occasion. It's a privilege to be part of a happy occasion and see someone's face light up.
