My biggest cake yet at 18inches long and 8 inches high
The head and legs are rkt the body is chocolate sponge.
I loved making her and will be sad to see her go

I find carved cakes easier than round or square as there’s no perfect crisp lines .
Covering all the angles like under the head was a challenge :)
