Harmonium Cake ~
A Harmonium is an Indian musical instrument much like an Accordion. This is my representation in cake – it is not precisely exact and not to scale.
The cake is eggless Chocolate cake with chocolate Ganache. One thing learned – when making eggless cakes – they don’t rise as much so had to make double!!!!

My first cake for 2014!! Yeah!!! May your year be filled with melody!
