I made a tooth cake last year for a Dentist firm turning 5 years old which I thought would be my only tooth cake request. How wrong was I!!? There are clearly many more dentists out there with a sweet tooth. All the dentist instruments/toothpaste/toothbrush handmade out of sugar and totally edible, Its a worm coming out of the tooth in case you were wondering lol
