This is a beautiful cake for a girls birthday, no matter how old. It consists of 8" and 6" round cakes with 6 varying sized towers made from stacked round cakes (I used a mini Victoria sandwich cake tin to bake these), but I also like the idea of using tubes and hiding sweets inside!! The turrets are made from ice cream cones, and the cake is decorated with vibes & flowers using royal icing. The only thing that’s not edible are the cocktail sticks holding up
the flags! :-)
