This cake was made for a 6 year old’s Monster High Birthday Party.
Her mother told me her favorite Monster High character was Catty Noir & the figurine is made of
gumpaste & fondant.
The cake is marblelishious,
which is vanilla bean & dark chocolate marble cake with alternating vanilla buttercream & dark chocolate
ganache in the layers.
The cake took a total of 4 days to make.
