Two tier, pink birthday cake made for a special little girl celebrating her 1st birthday. The bottom tier is a neapolitan sponge (strawberry, chocolate and vanilla layers) with complimentary buttercream. The top layer is a vanilla sponge with a raspberry jam and vanilla bean filling. Both layers are covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant. Models are made from MMP and Florist Paste.
