5 floors! The first two floors, smaller, were in dummy, the other 3 were a cake 40 cm wide, 13 cm high, 30 cm wide a cake, a cake 20 cm wide. Sponge cake filled with chantilly cream, covered with ivory sugar paste and sugar paste flowers white …….. 700 handmade flowers, painted and assembled one by one. The bride and groom are of ceramic Thun, Italy

o make this cake I did not sleep for a month! I thought of every detail, I was very scared. It was the first time, it was a friend’s wedding and the wedding guests were so many!! I did not miss anything!! All were very satisfied! It ‘been a success for me! … Because I’m not even a professional pastry chef.
