This is a 2-tier chocolate mudcake I made for our Christmas lunch centrepiece, then sent to my sister-in-law in Sydney for her Boxing Day lunch party. She wouldn’t let anyone eat it, she’s keeping it for her New Year’s eve party instead. Very fortunate it was a mudcake.
