I love how pretty this cake looks in my client’s gorgeous pink dining room! This was my first attempt at using dummies along with cake for tiers. Lower tier is a 4" dummy plus 2" cake; middle is 4" dummy; top is 4" dummy plus two 2" cakes.

The cake is Pumpkin Velvet Spice with Maple Cinnamon Filling – my most requested cake in fall/winter. Vanilla Buttercream crusted with crystal sugar and decorated with Royal Icing snowflakes.
