Traditional Christmas Gingerbread Bird House

What better excuse to have the aroma of gingerbread in your house for Christmas than making mini gingerbread bird houses to sit on top of Christmas cakes? This cake featured a gingerbread bird house with a cute robin, snowflakes, holly and a touch of Christmas sparkle.
