6 inch finished in buttercream with buttercream stenciling. Stencilling is like swimming you should not do it alone. Freeze the tier that you want to stencil for about 10 minutes and get then someone to hold the stencil in place while you apply the buttercream thickly. To finish scrape off the buttercream with a small spatula.
