My client’s best friend is getting married in an in-home ceremony that’s more of a party than a formal wedding. They had chosen not to have a wedding cake. So my client had me make this small wedding cake as a surprise gift to her. She wanted it very subtle & only have the ‘pop’ of the avocado color with purple accents to match the bride’s dress. The inspiration for the design came from a gorgeous Ron Ben-Israel cake my client found & asked for a cake in the same style.

The top tier is Red Velvet with White Chocolate filling, & the lower tier is Sour Cream Pound Cake with Vanilla Buttercream filling. Both with white chocolate ganache & fondant decor. All edible except for the stamens & rhinestones in the flower, both supplied by the client.
