This is my Gingerbread Mansion House, inspired by Georgian Bath, where I live and work. Luckily my helpful husband knows about buildings so he was a real help making the templates and helping me cut out the panels. It was great fun to make and stood 1 meter tall. It had to be baked in lots of sections because my oven is not that big, but we got there in the end and the smell of baking gingerbread is always nice.
