Mandy is a sweet warrior princess fighting Stage 4 neuroblastoma who is celebrating her 4th birthday! Her dream cake, presented via Icing Smiles, features painted Disney Princesses Snow White and Aurora and is topped with a sugar version of a grown up Mandy dancing with Minnie Mouse. It is my prayer that she have many more birthdays and that all her dreams come true!
