Elf Minion, made for and donated to our local schools’ Winter Fayre ‘guess the weight of the cake’ stall. He was made of numerous layers of chocolate sponge, alternating layers of chocolate and caramel buttercream and chocolate ganache. The baubles were made from polystyrene (to throw people off with their guesses), the sack was made from cocoform and filled with chocolate coins and jelly beans.
