Yes, this time – and it doesn’t happen very often – I was asked for a Burton inspired Willy Wonka cake with a nice , open idea: it just had to come out gorgeous! Usually, it makes me happy to provide for other peoples’ excitement and I don’t care about the hours that go into a cake when people appreciate my work. And this time there was enough time to plan, to design and to work on it. I hadn’t been so excited for a long long while. Thank you, Rossella’s mum, for the opportunity!
