Here is my contribution to the “Bake A Christmas Wish” a collaboration of 80 plus bakers with the passion for cake & wanting to help with a fantastic charity. We all had to pick a crimbo movie that was a favourite of ours & this was right up my street as they would say. So I decided to create Gingy from shrek & his Christmas “Penthouse” anyone for a cuppa of coco.
