This cake was comissioned by a client, Who wanted to cater for 3 birthday’s in his family. his irish partner, english daught (from 1st marriage) and scottish daughter (from 2nd marriage)

Design and concept was left completely to me and this was the finished result. Ireland on the bottom with the leprachaun, Scotland in the middle with the tartan and loch ness and finally england with the flag and crown. A very fin enjoyable cake and i love the topsy turvey nature of this cake
