RE: What is your favorite way to smooth modeling chocolate?

I find if you use the heat of your hands gently as you rub the seam away works best. This a little more time consuming, but completely worth doing. Hope this helps ~ Bobbie

Thanks, Bobbie! Honestly, it really isn’t so much seams with which I have a problem, it the whole surface that always seems a little bumpy. Not like lumps, just not as perfectly level and smooth as I would like.
