Hobby baker who’s house is almost always a comfy 350 degrees! Learned the basics from my Mom, self taught and watching FoodNetwork, YouTube and advice and encouragement from the online community especially CakeCentral (where I can’t log on to comment on threads but can still read what bakers post!)
