I'm a professional artist. I have been creating different paintings, I focus especially on cityscapes, maybe because I'm living in one of the most beautiful cities in the world - Prague. I have always worked with some modeling material and I didn't expect that one day I would try sugar past as a modeling material. Everything was caused by my little daughter who is going to turn 6 in August. She told me that she would like to have some outstanding birthday cake for a princess. First I was thinking about purchasing it. But three months ago I tried to bake and decorate my first ever cake in my life. Everyone liked it and it seemed to me that it wasn't bad. So far I have just created a few cakes. I haven't got any special equipment yet but I have decided to attend a special professional course of decorating in Squires Kitchen International School which is taking place soon.
I would like to say that I admire each of you for your creative work. I browsed through the pictures and I was simply amazed by your incredible artistically decorated cakes.
