I am an independent bespoke cake artist with workshops located in Cornwall, Somerset and the French Alps. I am self taught and love continuing to try new techniques and work at improving all the time. I take lots of joy from looking at the amazing designs that the international cake community come up with and I never cease to be amazed by the continual innovation within the cake world!
