Hello, I am a hobby baker from Nottinghamshire in the UK and have been making cakes in my spare time as gifts for family friends and colleagues ( for the practice) for the last 4 years or so. I wanted to learn so that I could make my children’s wedding cakes when they eventually got married (2 down, 2 to go!). I am excited to join this lovely cake community, Karen x
