Hi, my name's Javier, from Spain, and I discovered this world nearly two years ago, when i saw a pastry shop and school on my town. I love craft, sugar, decorating. Then i began to see TV programs in spanish channels, and internet pictures, videos, magazines,... and started baking cakes and cupcakes for friends, family, modelling and customized. For the moment I'm just an amateur, but my dream would be to work in this world as a cake designer or something related to it: my own shop
