I have been caking and cupcaking since 2011. I started baking for friends and family and then through recommendations and facebook I now have regular clients and always looking for new ones to help pay for my very expensive hobby/business..I'm a mould addict and can't stop buying cake equipment.

3 tiered christening cake the top layer is traditional fruit cake made covered with marzipan and fondant icing. The middle tier is chocolate with a hazel nut spread buttercream . The botom layer is vanilla with strawberry jam and buttercream. The teddy bear on top was a designed from the child favourite toy
