This gorgeous ruffle cake consisted of layers of salted caramel, lemon drizzle and vanilla bean tiers.
Its 5 tiers which are all cake (no dummy tiers) the bottom tier is covered in 24carat golden leaf the cascading floral bouquet are handmade moth orchids.
