Hi, I live in Melbourne, Australia. I have been making cakes since the early 90’s. I currently work full time in Insurance and this is my hobby although I did have a cake shop from 2003 - 2006. I am constantly surprised and excited by all the wonderful cakes being made now and I very much enjoy being part of this exciting industry
