I love to decorate cakes, it gives me the artistic outlet that I need. I taught classes for a short period of time. I liked to teach but at this time I am just doing my own thing. I put my heart into every cake.
I enjoy making the cakes but to be honest I absolutely love to see the reactions of the person or people that get each cake. They just love them, it brings them such happiness. That is the best reward for all the time it takes to make these cakes. It does take time, sometimes a lot of time. Some of these cakes are works of art and it is a pleasure to make them.
