I made this for a lady my husband works with. It was a baby shower cake for her daughter. I had the invitation and the theme was fall foliage. I used that to guild me on what to make for this cake. This was a big carrot cake. They said it was the best carrot cake they have ever had and just loved the way the cake turned out.
