Hiya,
I am a hobby baker who loves baking and decorating cakes in my spare time, normally whenever I am not a work! Not been doing this for long. To be honest just little over a year now but I can definitely say I am addicted to baking! I love learning new skills and working out ways to overcome problems I may have along the way. Next step for me is to learn how to make wired sugar flowers and all the delicate work involved.
