Hello, I am an electrician who recently discovered cake decorating. I love it and I'm constantly looking for ways to improve myself. Hopefully sometime in the future I may become good enough to do it full time. All I want is for people to get as much enjoyment out of them as I do from making them.

Hi Paul – thanks for your comment on my attempt at painting! I have been to a few Blue Door Bakery classes.I have been to sharp edge two tier (easiest and best sharp edge method I’ve tried), silver leaf and ruffles (result on my page), wafer paper (result on my page), off to the chalkboard one on Sunday and booked on the ganache and lace in June – my ganaching is ok but want to learn how to lustre etc. So I think it’s safe to say I would recommend! I like that everything, including lunch, is included – easy pace, small classes, teachers with great patience (!), friendly and encouraging atmosphere and very good value.
