Hi, my name is Nili. I am 46 years old. Married to Ori and mother of Amit and Yoav
My entire life I was living and breathing art. I started handling fondant 12 years ago, when Amit, my daughter, asked for a designed cake for her 6th birthday party.

Throughout the years I became a professional sculpting and designing various fondant figurines, and developed various workshops: sculpting a princess, a ballerina, a popular Blythe doll, a girl, a woman, a man etc. These days, I am working to develop new workshops.

Lately I’ve been nominated as an exclusive presenter of the professional SARACINO sugar dough and of the Cerart professional tools.
Both companies are Italian and they are considered the best in their field.
