Hello everyone!
My name is Emily, I am writing from Sicily (Italy)! There is already so hot (28 °) and it is easy to shape the dough of sugar because it melts!
How do you?
This is my latest creation http://cakesdecor.com/cakes/58487 and it was going to be crazy! Everything is melted! But in the end I succeeded!

hello! what are you using .. sugarpaste/fondant, with some cmc/tylose powder added? you could try experimenting with some different gumpastes to see how they go with the climate. Also keeping yourself, house etc cool helps and sometimes some crisco, cornflour etc on your hands helps from getting sticky. gorgeous creation!

thanks for the answers! sugar paste I use for modeling is based on cocoa butter melts then or sweat!
