Hi everyone,
I have a customer who needs to order a cake for her son who is allergic to eggs and has a condition that means that he cannot consume any fat of any kind – oil, butter, margarine etc – does anyone have any recipes for completely fat free and egg free cakes?

Id appreciate any help you could give me

While I cant help you on a fat free cake recipe I have seen this photo floating around which gives options for replacing eggs in most baking recipes.

The applesauce might be a good option as I do believe most applesauce is fat free! Goodluck!
