Quoting on a cake but rose gold leaf seems to be really hard to come by. Apparently because it has zinc in it that makes it go redish, it’s not usually classed as edible.
Does anyone have any tips? Either suppliers (pref UK) or how to make standard 24 carat gold leaf look rose without dulling it by airbrushing.
