Cake Decorating
Help . frozen cake
i have just took my cakes out of the freezer and they havent completley frozen .you can just press on the cake and it feels a bit soft , i baked them last week . i always freeze and this has never happened before , i will probably bake again . any advice please

Mmm maybe your freezer’s temperature dropped?
Kokoro Cakes . i had put them in different freezers i must have done something wrong but i cant think what , i have freshly baked them today ,it seems a shame to throw good cakes out . they look alright though , thanks for your reply
