Gingerbread Inspired Fondant Christmas Cake

I absolutely loved making this cake from start to finish. The decorations are all made from fondant yet look like gingerbread. The gingerbread house looks great on top, with a string of christmas bunting on the top tier. The train sits perfectly on the middle tier while the bottom tier has a little christmas village of shops…what’s not to love?
