Yes Karen, she’s settled in much better than I thought she would.
And she’s so busy with all the activities they have arranged for them all.
From flower arranging, painting and listening to regular entertainment.
Her social life is much better than mine!
They even had a potted production showing of Calamity Jane the other afternoon!
Such a relief to know she’s so well cared for and happy.
I just need to get myself a life back now………haha xx

How warming to read your news on your mum…I bet these gorgeous cookies were very well received! So pleased to hear how settled and cared for your mum is.
Mum’s are special people, I looked after my frail mum, solo, for five years and it brought us even closer, and so pleased I had those years and closeness with her.

I too have looked after Mum for the past 5yrs Calli.
I was so sad when she needed to go into the home but we both knew it was time.
She’s having such a good time now, and being looked after like a Queen xx

Yes she did and I bet she won’t eat the big one knowing her. She’ll keep it on her dressing table for as long as she can get away with it.
