Great tutorial! I’ve been a fan of your cakes for some time and this one has always been my favourite. My little girl is 2 years old and I plan to take inspiration from this cake in particular, and hopefully do it justice, for her birthday cake this year :-)
can I ask why you use modelling chocolate for the body? I have never used it before but would like to. Is it light in weight or is it just because it tastes better?
