My first ever ruffle cake for Claire’s 1st Birthday. Cake is strawberry cake, filled with strawberry buttercream, covered in white chocolate ganache, then fondant… the cupcakes were chocolate with vanilla buttercream. Smash cake is yellow cake with vanilla buttercream.
