Created for a man who recently completed a triathlon. Lots of fun. Rich chocolate with Choc SMBC and Rasberry curd filling, dark choc ganache and fondant, gumpaste & modelling choc deco. The waves are from a fabulous tutorial by ‘CarolineDoodles’ in case anyone thinks they are cool as I think they are ;)
