Our Gorgeous friend Mel turned 30 last week (whippersnapper!!) and I had the pleasure of making a birthday cake for her High Tea. We had a lovely day and I think Mel liked her cake.
I made her a White Chocolate mud cake with a fresh raspberry puree and white chocolate ganache. It was a little bit tasty haha! The decoration is handrolled fondant and Royal Icing piping.
