This was a home cake!!! I wanted to practice on my ganaching and straight edges. Tried the upside down sugarpaste method so basically I flipped the whole cake upside down ( OMG so nerve racking but so worth it!!!)
Ok so this a 6” vanilla madeira cake filled strawberry conserve jam and vanilla italian meringue then ganached with dark chocolate and paste. Topped with an open purple peony.
